Quick energy bites have become a favorite of myself and my kiddos this winter and are a staple for every wrestling tournament of my boy.

Ingredients:
- 1c old-fashioned oats
- 1/2c homemade peanut butter (just grind peanuts in the blender and in minutes you’ll have a nice creamy peanut butter with no additives)
- 1/3c protein powder
- 1/3c local honey
- 1/2c mini chocolate chips (or mini m&m’s, white chocolate chips, dark chocolate chips)
- 1tsp vanilla extract
Directions
- Stir all ingredients together in a mixing bowl until thoroughly combined.
- Cover and chill. Set in fridge for about an hour.
- Roll into 1inch balls.
- Enjoy!
Store in the fridge for up to a week, or freeze what you don’t use! Enjoy!
