- Attending a September virtual workshop hosted by Ames Spine & Sport (2 extra entires per workshop/webinar attended)
- "Check-In" to Ames Spine & Sport on Facebook or Instagram
- Trying our Normatec Compression (1 free visit for Wellness Challenge participants. Bring your card so we can note it!)
5 extra entires for:
- Leaving us a positive review on Google or Facebook (reviews counted for those who have already left one prior to this challenge--thank you!)
- Successful completion of all steps and water consumption daily for the entire month
