What is a full body reset?

What is it?

A full body reset focuses on getting the body from an implosion state to becoming explosive again. When we achieve this our diaphragm drives our breath and hip flexion/extension driving from the psoas and glutes first. Oftentimes when we are experiencing pain or suffer an injury it's because we are holding on to "cheat patterns."

During a 2 hour session with Mychal you  will discover what your cheat pattern is with muscle testing and help fix that with muscle activations. You will also learn wake up drills that you can apply daily in minutes, and understand the importance of living in zone 1.  

 

Who would benefit from it?

With a full reset focusing on the two main things we need to survive, breathing and movement, the short answer is everyone. Whether you are an athlete competing at high levels, a weekend warrior, a person who suffers nagging injuries or a person in chronic pain, experiencing a full body reset will give you a different perspective of how your body operates. Mychal experienced a full body reset and that ultimately led him down the road to becoming a licensed massage therapist in the first place!
